Problem Note 18599: Using the Journal style in the SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office can
cause Interop.COMException errors
When you use th SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office's Journal style in
Microsoft Word, you can receive the following error message:
Exception adding Table control to Word.
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800A16D3): One of the
values passed to this method or property is out of range.
at Word.Border.set_LineWidth(WdLineWidth prop)
at SAS.OfficeAddin.WordReports.WordSASReport.SetSelectedCellsBorder
The problem occurs when tables are created with no border width in
Microsoft Word.
To resolve the problem, change the style or apply the hot fix for the
SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office.
