Object labels might overlap in the Project Designer of SAS Enterprise Guide. This can happen because of the default space between objects.

To circumvent the problem:

1. Apply HotFix 41EG01 to SAS Enterprise Guide 4.1
2. Edit the client's SEGuide.exe.config file which is located, by default, in the following location:

         C:\Program Files\SAS\Enterprise Guide 4
   

   For example, you can add the following to the config file:
   <appSettings> <add key="ProcessFlowMaxLabelCharWidth" value="5"/> <add key="ProcessFlowOffsetX" value="120"/> <add key="ProcessFlowOffsetY" value="90"/> <!-- <add key="ProjectLogMaxSize" value="5000" /> --> </appSettings>
