Problem Note 18349: "Error Fetching from Cursor" issued when accessing Oracle using PROC SQL
The following error may be issued using PROC SQL to access Oracle using
the LIBNAME ACCESS engine.
ERROR: Error fetching from cursor. ORACLE error is ORA-01427:
single-row subquery returns more than one row.
To resolve this problem, apply the HOTFIX for 82BC14 which was replaced
by 82BC30.
