Problem Note 18280: Extract and SQL Join transformations might generate invalid code when column labels contain single or double quotes
The column label statements generated by the Extract and new SQL Join
transformation may result in errors under the following conditions.
Extract Transform:
If any label value (description) contains an unbalanced single quote,
then incorrect code is generated. In previous versions this was not a
problem because we did not generate the label statement for changes in
column descriptions on the Mapping tab.
New SQL Join Transform:
If any label value (description) contains an unbalanced double quote,
then incorrect code is generated.
Currently the only workaround is to modify the label value (description)
by removing the unmatched quotes or adding an additional quote to
generate balanced quotes.
