Problem Note 18207: "The file is damaged" error when printing reports in SAS® Web Report
Studio
When printing reports in SAS Web Report Studio, the following error
might appear:
The file is damaged and could not be repaired.
The WebReportStudio.log file might contain the following:
WRS 15:11:14,356 ERROR
[0a7297bd9983d697:1fcdb94b:10b39366824:-5066 aixdemo]
citation.controller.action.PrintPreviewAction -
com.sas.util.UncheckedException:
Dialog action command null not supported
at
com.sas.apps.citation.controller.action.CitationDialogAction.
doPerform(CitationDialogAction.java:188)
This problem is most likely to occur if SAS Web Report Studio is running
on Websphere 6.0.
