Problem Note 18196: The Japanese version of the SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office fails to open information maps

When you open information maps in the Japanese version of the SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office, you might receive transcoding error messages.

This issue occurs because of a problem in the workspace server when it transcodes data.

To fix the problem, try re-opening the information maps.
