Problem Note 17761: Jobs that are duplicated within a Project repository may lose their
connection to Target objects
When a job is copied or pasted (and exported or imported) within a Project
repository in order to make a duplicate of the job, and the Target
object in the job is only present in the Project repository, not the
parent repository, the pasted or imported copy of the job will no longer
contain a reference to the Target object.
