Problem Note 17541: Unable to open reports in the French version of SAS Web Report Studio

When attempting to open a report in the French version of SAS Web Report
Studio 3.1, javascript errors may be generated. The problem is most
likely to occur if the report was created using the French version of
Web Report Studio 2.1.
