Problem Note 17221: Settings for copied tables are not maintained
In SAS® Financial Management, when a table is copied via "copy as table"
(which means it's in another worksheet), the settings for refresh no
longer work, and the copied table in the new worksheet always refreshes.
Note this does not affect new tables created in the same worksheet.
