Problem Note 17166: "Expecting an arithmetic operator" error when Interactive Grouping node encounters a large number of nominal level groupings
If you are running the Interactive Grouping node in SAS® Enterprise MinerTM with the Imported Grouping data property set to Yes, and with a data set selected for the Import Data Set property, you might encounter the following error:
ERROR 388-185: Expecting an arithmetic operator
This error occurs when the groupings data set created by the node contains a large number of nominal level groupings, and as a result reaches a hardcoded limit.
If an additional value for the variable is going to exceed the hardcoded limit, the Interactive Grouping node adds "..." to the label to imply that additional levels of
a variable are in that grouping. You can see the information on every value in the grouping in the scorecode or the splitvals datasets.
