Problem Note 16855: Update Table Metadata fails when a table resides in a pre-assigned
library
Update Table Metadata generates the following message when it is run
against a table that resides in a library that has the pre-assigned
attribute set.
Update table metadata failed, library is preassigned.
Pre-assigned libraries should be supported by Update Table Metadata.
One workaround is to remove the pre-assigned attribute on the library,
perform the Update Table Metadata, then reset the pre-assigned
attribute.
