Problem Note 15593: SAS Enterprise Guide 2.x projects cannot be converted if contain
Central European characters
When you attempt to open a project created in SAS Enterprise Guide 2.x
within SAS® Enterprise Guide® 3, the following error might appear:
The file filename.seg is corrupt or is not a valid Enterprise Guide
project file.
This message appears if the filename contains Central European
characters.
The workaround is to rename the project in Enterprise Guide 2.x.
