Problem Note 15589: "Impossible d'instancier" Excel error message when sending file to
Microsoft Excel in Enterprise Guide
When using a French version of SAS® Enterprise Guide® on XP whose regional options
(Standard and Formats) are set to French (France) or on any regional
settings on Windows 2000 and you send a file to Excel, the following
error message appears:
Impossible d'instancier Excel
