Problem Note 15573: Errors in the Confidence level field when using characters other than
periods as decimal separators
If you use any character except a period for the decimal separator with
the Confidence Level field for values less than ten, the result is an
incorrect representation. The decimal separator will get removed,
leaving a whole number.
The workaround is to use periods as decimal separators.
