Problem Note 15458: Errors regarding missing elements might occur when opening a SAS
Enterprise Guide project
An error similar to the following might occur when opening a SAS®
Enterprise Guide® project:
The following errors were encountered during serialization. Some of
the elements may be missing or invalid. The element with label
'LabelName' of type SAS.EG.ProjectElements.ShortCutToData is missing
the Parent section in the project file.
The reference to the project element label in the above error message
indicates the associated task has lost the data reference and,
additionally, that the task can not be opened. Since the task can not be
opened, the only circumvention for this problem is to rebuild the task
from scratch.
