Problem Note 15008: Incorrect values in matrix may occur when using the READ statement with
the ROWNAME= option in PROC IML
When reading in a large matrix with the READ statement while using the
ROWNAME= option, PROC IML may populate the matrix incorrectly if there
is a workspace compression during the read.
To circumvent the problem, set the WORKSIZE= option to a large enough
value so that there will not be a memory compression.
