Usage Note 14926: PROC GLIMMIX issues ERROR: Unable to restore template from template

The installation of the GLIMMIX procedure will not be complete if you
attempt to install GLIMMIX while you have an interactive SAS session
running. The GLIMMIX install will not update the template catalog if
SAS is running and you will get error messages of the form:
Error: Unable to restore 'Stat.Glimmix_xxx.???'
from template store!
The GLIMMIX install creates a SAS program called GLIMMIX_TPL.SAS. This
program creates the templates needed to format the output from the
GLIMMIX procedure.
To circumvent the problem of the missing templates, locate the SAS
program GLIMMIX_TPL.SAS on your system. This program should be stored
in My Documents/My SAS Files/9.1 but the program could be stored in a
different location. Once you have located this program, submit it in
your current SAS session. The GLIMMIX procedure should run correctly
after this program has been run.
