Usage Note 14713: "System.UnauthorizedAccessException" when invoking Enterprise Guide 3.0
When you invoke Enterprise Guide, the following error message might
appear:
System.UnauthorizedAccessException Access to the path
C:\WINNT\Profiles\All Users\Application Data\SAS is denied.
This message occurs if write access to the C:\Documents and Settings\
All Users\Application Data\SAS is denied to the user.
The workaround is to grant access to that folder.
