Problem Note 14404: Duplicate key exception on insert for SAS® Financial Management metadata
Using SAS Financial Management to load members into a new dimension, and
subsequently deleting one of the members and re-running the load step
using the "Full Load" option on the dimension, produces a duplicate key
exception.
This creates a -1 revision number in the member_nls table.
