The following error may occur when printing a report that contains BY-groups:

  Unexpected exception
  Index: 0, Size: 0

  Root Cause:   java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0

  at java.util.LinkedList.get(LinkedList.java:303)

The problem is most likely to occur if one of the BY-group variables contains formatting characters such as tabs or carriage returns.

To prevent the error and allow the report to print, remove these characters from the BY-group value.
