Problem Note 14232: Enterprise Guide converted project that contains ampersand in filename
will fail to open
An Enterprise Guide Release 2.0 project, converted to Enterprise Guide
Release 3, that has a linked code file within the project where the name
contains an ampersand (ie. ab&cd.sas) will not convert properly. If you
attempt to open the project after conversion, it will produce the
following error:
Error reading the file. Format was incorrect.
File is not in correct format or is invalid.
