Problem Note 14213: Incorrect selections when attempting to set expire date for Publish of
Enterprise Guide task
After executing a task in Enterprise Guide, if you right-click on the
task, select Publish from the popup, select 'Specify expiration date',
and then select Time to specify an expiration date, a calendar will
open to select a date rather than a time value.
