Problem Note 13361: Synchronize theme resources in the SASTheme_default.war file
When installing SAS Financial Management 4.0 or Strategic Performance
Management 2.0 or any other SAS 9 Solution, the SASTheme_default.war
file may not be in sync with the theme resources being added.
