Problem Note 13018: DB2UTIL passes incorrect value when updating a decimal variable
DB2UTIL will cause a digit less of precision when it is used to update
a DB2 table with a decimal where the new value is negative. This
does not occur with inserts or deletes nor if the value is positive.
The only workaround is to switch to using the LIBNAME engine and
the DATA Step MODIFY.
