Problem Note 13770: Trend BO using back dated transactions causes evaluation failure
You may experience an engine shutdown, or detect an error in your
IMEngine log that includes the following text:
Transaction evaluation failed.
Cause=Transaction Loader Transaction Evaluation Error
Invalid time : incorrect Value for Day
The IM engine will terminate if you are running Interaction Management
version 1.2 without any hotfixes in place.
The issue has to do with back-dated transactions and the trend BO
miscalculating dates. It is also dependent on the number of days in the
current and prior transaction month, and whether the transaction date
falls on the first of the month.
Specifically, the problem is encountered when the TimeAdd IMScript
function is executed with a negative parameter which results in either
October 1st or May 1st. One situation is when processing transactions
with that date on a Trend object when the application time is later than
the transaction date.
