Problem Note 13445: STOPIMQUEUE causes exception when process started

If you attempt to shut down the JMS queues using the STOPIMQUEUE command
after starting data processing, you may hang the BAE engine.  The
following exception may be encountered:

   javax.jms.IllegalStateException:
   Session is closed at
   com.swiftmq.jms.v400.SessionImpl.verifyState(Unknown Source) at
   com.swiftmq.jms.v400.MessageConsumerImpl.verifyState(Unknown
   Source) at
   com.swiftmq.jms.v400.MessageConsumerImpl.receiveMessage(Unknown
   Source)  ...
