Problem Note 13443: 'JMS Reader thread terminated' error occurs when inserting customer data
into Oracle table with Interaction Management
In some cases, an abnormal termination can occur when inserting a
customer record into an Oracle data base. The error messages received
are:
JMS_AbnormalTermination
JMS Reader thread terminated abnormally. Processed 0
transaction from JMS queue txQueue2 prior to thread exit.
Details: Fatal Database error has occured, BAE will be shutdown.
Please restart when database has been fixed.
Context: (For Customer ID=01)
ODBC Error Code -1 Activity: SQLExecute in Insert of Customer
ODBC State: HY000 ODBC Error Text:[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-01401:
inserted value too large for column
