Problem Note 13442: Performance mode may not complete time evaluations
When running in performance mode, the system prematurely reports that
all customers are up to date when transaction processing is complete.
The message should not be generated until all the time evaluations for
remaining records in the data base (that did not process any
transactions) are complete.
If the IM system remains active after the message is generated, then
time evaluation processing will complete successfully.
However, if the engine is shutdown, time evaluation processing will not
complete.
