Problem Note 13427: Database timeout error in Interaction Management using trends and Oracle
When using an Oracle database, if trends are added to an application
it slows down processing such that the query made by the time eval
customer iterator fails.
Increasing the timeout on the database side does not solve the problem
because the undo file becomes too large for the database to handle.
