Problem Note 13275: The DATETIME() function might return incorrect values over Daylight
Saving cutovers for long-running processes such as SAS/SHARE® servers
The results of the DATETIME() function that executes on a server, such
as a SAS/SHARE server or a SAS/IntrNet® application server, can be
incorrect when the server's execution runs over a Daylight Saving
cutover date/time. For a SAS/SHARE server, such incorrect results can
occur during WHERE-clause processing or in views, if either involves
use of the DATETIME() function. For SAS/IntrNet applications that run on
an application server, any use of the DATETIME() function can return
incorrect results.
You can correct this problem by stopping the server prior to the
Daylight Saving time cutover and then restarting the server after the
same cutover.
