Problem Note 13215: Sending results to Microsoft Word may cause the Enterprise Guide client
to hang
Selecting File => Send to Microsoft Word may cause Enterprise Guide
3.0.0.369 to hang. This will most likely occur when using an earlier
version of Microsoft Word.
