Problem Note 13210: Accessing Tools => Options may cause an error using Enterprise Guide
In Enterprise Guide 3.0.0.369, accessing Tools => Options and then
closing the Options window via the OK button may cause an application
error with the following messages:
Enterprise Guide encountered an unexpected error.
Index was outside the bounds of array.
This will happen when Enterprise Guide is started and the operating
system locale is not in the set of installed EG locales.
The following error message might also appear:
System.IndexOutOfRangeException
To work around the problem, select Tools => Options => General =>
Enterprise Guide language settings. Then select the appropriate language
for the installation (ie. Dutch, Chinese, etc).
