Problem Note 12478: 'Error: CLI2: BADBUFRQ(302): Invalid buffer size' returned with
SAS/ACCESS Interface to Teradata
Using SAS/ACCESS Interface to Teradata to pass an SQL statement longer
than 32K in length will result in the following error:
CLI2: BADBUFRQ(302): Invalid buffer size
