Problem Note 12787: The SAS Multi-Threaded Scheduler fails to run re-occurring communication
with inferred response selection rules
When scheduling a communication via the SAS Multi-Threaded Scheduler,
one which uses an inferred response rule spanning a set period of time,
the response rule only runs correctly on the first instance.
All subsequent instances only run the 'master' task. Subsequent tasks,
the selection rule, update to ismresponses and updates to contact
history are not performed.
