Problem Note 12604: Update TrendBO on transition causes truncation of xml on open
In some cases, if you have modified the xml for a transition, the xml
may be truncated when the application is opened in the user interface.
This will result in an error.
You can modify the truncated expression within the interface at that
point, but there is no reason for the truncation to occur at open.
