Problem Note 12603: Invalid datetime format error when date out of valid range
When a valid datetime is entered into the UI as an event trigger, but
the value is greater or less than the BAE defined minimum and maximum
dates, an inappropriate error is generated.
If a value of 1701-02-03T04:05:06Z is entered, then the error is:
* Value is invalid DateTime format.
If a value of 2144-04-04T00:00:00Z is entered, then the error is:
* Value must be a valid integer.
The error message should indicate the datetime is beyond the valid
datetime ranges.
