Problem Note 12565: ADUI shuts down when you remove inappropriate transition
If you add a transition to a behavior map where it is not appropriate,
you may receive the following error:
Add Transition Error: null
You will also receive the error when you delete the transition at which
point the application terminates with no further errors in any logs.
An example of an inappropriate transition would be an information
map with two non-current submaps. Such a transition exists in the
sample RetailSample application CurrentCustomer state.
