Problem Note 12540: TrendBO variable with 0 time interval causes exception
If a TRENDBO variable is added with the time interval set to 0, an
error is generated:
* java.lang.ArithmeticException: / by zero
When the error window is closed, an exception is generated in the
ADE console:
java.lang.ArithmeticException: / by zero
at com.verbind.adcimpl.datamodelimpl.VariablesValidatorImpl.
validateIntervalPeriodOffset(VariablesValidatorImpl.java:625)
...
A more appropriate error should be generated with no exception:

<var-name> 0 is smaller than the minimum allowed value 1.
