Problem Note 12526: API Server does not shutdown when engine crashes
If the Behavior Analysis Engine is terminated while running an
application, the API server may display an error in its window, but it
will not close.
If it does not display an error, then restarting the process will cause
the error to appear. The user may see a pop up window with the error:
*com.verbind.ltapi.LtSystemException
You must close the UI and restart the application.
