Problem Note 12338: Null Characters do not act as linefeed characters with the NotesDB
engine in version 8
SAS interprets null characters incorrectly when using the NOTESDB
engine to store data. Release 6.12 of the SAS System used the
null character '00'x as a linefeed character to store multiple lines
of data in the same Notes field.
The problem occurs because of a bug in the NOTESDB engine.
To resolve the problem, upgrade to 9.1.2 of the SAS system when it is
available and apply hot fix C9ba03 to this release.
