After application of hotfix 82BB57, it is possible to experience a
system abend S0C4 in function VXASGNC processing a VSAM dataset. This
also applies if 82BX07 hotfix bundle is installed. There are 2 possible
circumventions for this problem.

   1) If FREE=CLOSE is specified for VSAM file, remove it.

   2) Explicit specification of VSAM option on the INFILE/FILE statement
   associated with the VSAM file.
