Problem Note 12216: Moving transition generates "Syntax error in set null=null" in IM
behavior map
The following illustrates how a syntax error can be generated in a SAS
Interaction Management behavior map:
1) Load RetailSample in the application development environment
2) In the behavior map tab, display the "CustomerStatus" state
3) Click on the "Active-->Dormant" transition
4) Move the end of the transition from Dormant state to Reactivated
state
5) Click on another tab such as the Data Model tab
At this point you will receive an error window with two conflict
messages:
"Conflict 1: State Dormant must have an inbound transition to be
reachable.
Conflict 2: Problem with action statement at position 0 of transition
Transition (Active-->Reactivated(1)): : Syntax error in set null=null;,
(parse error).."
Conflict 1 is an expected behavior, but conflict 2 is not.
