Problem Note 12165: NumberFormatException in time series trend variable with maximum data

A trend variable with mode set to "Time Series" and Maximum Data Points
set to any number equal to or greater than 9,876,543,210 will result in
errors to the ADE server log:
"at java.lang.NumberFormatException.forInputString(Unknown Source)"
An exception should not be generated, and an appropriate message should
indicate to the user what the problem is.
