Problem Note 11713: SAS allows only CONNECTION=UNIQUE when READ_ISOLATION_LEVEL=ACCESS is
used in a LIBNAME statement in SAS/ACCESS Interface to Teradata
If you use the READ_ISOLATION_LEVEL=ACCESS option in a SAS/ACCESS
Interface to Teradata LIBNAME statement, SAS allows only the value
UNIQUE for the CONNECTION= LIBNAME option. This adds overhead to
the execution and can cause performance problems.
This problem is fixed in SAS 9.1.
