Problem Note 11902: Error: Unable to bind to port xxxx (10038 - WSAENOTSOCK) when starting
the Object Spawner
The following error may be encountered when trying to start the object
spawner.
Unable to start server listen, sasServerCn: SimpleServer
Unable to bind to port xxxx (10038 - WSAENOTSOCK)
Cannot startup server, rc = 890
