Problem Note 11210: Incorrect results from PROC SQL using WHERE= option with indexed tables
Using the WHERE= dataset option on tables which are indexed causes
the WHERE= option to be ignored. Incorrect results are returned as
a result. There is no indication that incorrect results are being
returned.
A Technical Support hot fix for Release 8.2 (TS2M0) for this
issue is available at:
