Problem Note 11210: Incorrect results occur when you use a WHERE= option with indexed tables in the SQL procedure
In PROC SQL, using the WHERE= data set option on tables that are indexed causes the WHERE= option to be ignored. Incorrect results are returned as a result. There is no indication that incorrect results are being returned.
