Problem Note 11146: Session can lock when hitting PF-Keys too fast
When using Display Manager under SAS Release 8.2 TS2M0 for CMS, pressing
the PF-Keys too rapidly could cause the session to lock, giving the
following message:
FATAL ERROR: WRCODE=8000480C, MODULE='WRITE(VUHOSTD)':
CONSOLE WRITE I/O ERROR
