Problem Note 10722: Values in the export file are incorrect when the export uses a
conditional on constraint field
If you run an export in the SAS Campaign Management component that uses
a conditional on constraint field, the values in the export file may be
incorrect. If your constraint contains more than one row, the first row
of the constraint is ignored.
To circumvent the problem, enter a dummy first line on the constraint.
