Problem Note 10622: Unable to edit a book in SAS Financial Management Solutions Reports
In SAS Financial Management Solutions (FMS), you may have one user who
opens a book remotely, copies and edits it locally, closes the book and
then exits FMS. Another user, as administrator, may then get an error
message that the book is in use by another user even though there isn't
another user currently on the system. The book appears to be locked and
there is no way for users to unlock the book for further editing.
