Problem Note 10513: Out of memory error may occur when running PROC CLUSTER with a large
distance matrix as input
Running PROC CLUSTER with a large type=distance input data set may
result in an erroneous out of memory error such as:
WARNING: Unable to allocate sufficient memory. Amount requested
was 0, and the amount available was 6284408. External storage will be
used for data.
